Hey there! So, things didn't quite work out? No worries! We get it. Sometimes a purchase just isn't the right fit. We’ve made our cancellation, return and refund process as smooth as possible so you can get back to shopping for something you’ll absolutely love.

Order Cancellation Right & Policy

Customers reserve the absolute right to cancel your order at any time before your package is shipped from our warehouse, with zero cancellation fees and no hidden charges. We support voluntary order cancellation for any personal reasons, including but not limited to changed purchasing minds, unwanted items, address modification and other scenarios.
If you wish to cancel an unshipped order, please send a cancellation request email to our official mailbox: service@wiltonlist.com, and kindly note your order number in the email content. Our customer service team will review and confirm your cancellation request within 24 working hours.
Once your order has been processed and shipped, the order cannot be cancelled directly. In this case, you can initiate a return application after receiving the package by following our official return procedures stipulated below.

Return Eligibility Criteria

To qualify for a return, please make sure your item meets these simple criteria:
  • The item must be unused, unwashed, undamaged and in the exact same condition as when you received it.
  • Please keep the original packaging, tags and accessories intact. Think of it as the item’s cozy home—it needs to go back in there safely!
  • You have 30 days from the day you received your order to start the return process. Mark your calendar!

Refund Methods & Exact Timeline

Available Refund Methods

We only support original payment channel refunds to ensure fund security, and no third-party transfer refunds are provided. The corresponding refund method depends on how you completed the payment:
  • Credit/Debit Card Payment: Funds will be returned directly to your original payment card account
  • PayPal Payment: Funds will be returned to your bound PayPal account
  • Other official payment gateways: Refund will be issued to the original payment account correspondingly

Detailed Refund Schedule

  1. Order Cancellation Refund (Unshipped Orders): After we confirm and approve your cancellation request, we will initiate the refund within 1-3 working days.
  2. Return & Refund (Shipped & Received Orders): Once we receive your returned item and complete product inspection to confirm the item meets return standards, we will formally launch the refund process within 2 working days.
  3. Fund Arrival Time: After the refund is initiated by our system, it generally takes 7-14 calendar days for the funds to arrive in your account. The specific arrival time is affected by the processing efficiency of your bank, card issuer or third-party payment platform. In extreme individual cases, the arrival time may be slightly delayed.
